My Story

I am EricaMarie — a woman who loves God, a mother, a business owner, and someone who genuinely loves to help other women. I strive to pour into God’s daughters by meeting them where they are and leading them to the other side — the side of discovering their divine purpose. I help women along the journey of Becomin’ H.E.R. — the H.E.R. they were created to be.

I became what and who I didn’t have in my life. The closest thing I had to a mentor was my favorite singer, Whitney Houston. I began striving to be the best version of myself when I became a mother — until God began to show me what it truly meant to strive through Him.

Was my life perfect? Absolutely not. I experienced poverty in both childhood and adulthood. I battled addiction to pornography and masturbation — it became my escape. I went from one relationship to another, constantly searching for love, and I even married the wrong man. Yet, in the midst of my past and present, I became aware of who I was created to be and how Christ is truly married to the brokenhearted — the forgotten, the lost, the abandoned, the misfits, and more.

My life was all of that and then some. As a child, I endured it. As a woman, I overcame it. Now, I walk boldly toward the greatness that was placed in me before I was even formed in my mother’s womb.

I am a woman of God, a mother, a business owner, and a pioneer in the making — a Proverbs 31 woman in the making. Just as Christ changed Peter’s name, He has changed mine — from Erica Smith, to Erica Thomas, to EricaMarie.
