Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: All sessions must be booked through the official booking link. Once your session is scheduled and payment is received (or a payment plan is confirmed), your appointment will be secured. You will receive a confirmation email with session details. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a $25 rebooking fee, unless due to an emergency. Cancellations & No-Shows: All bookings are non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled once if notified in advance. If you do not attend your session and no communication is received within 24 hours, the session will be marked as forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. Lateness: You have a 10-minute grace period. If you're more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled and marked as missed. Program Commitment (for 3, 6, or 12-month packages): Once enrolled in a coaching package, your time slots are prioritized. All sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe unless extended in writing. Unused sessions will not roll over past the contract end date. Support Access (if included): Voice note, email, or messaging support is available between sessions based on your plan. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response (weekdays only). Confidentiality: All conversations and materials shared in sessions are confidential and for your personal use only. Please respect the coaching process and privacy of the program content.
