Cancellation Policy
Booking & Availability Speaking engagements must be booked at least 30 days in advance. All bookings require a completed Speaker Request Form and a signed Speaker Agreement. Dates are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit is received (see section 3). 2. Speaking Topics & Formats Erica Marie offers custom presentations and signature talks related to: Healing and transformation Mindset and purpose Women’s empowerment and branding Format options: Keynote (30–60 minutes) Workshops (90 minutes – 3 hours) Panel discussions Virtual presentations 3. Fees & Payment Terms Standard keynote fee starts at $1,500 for up to 60 minutes. Half-day or full-day workshops are quoted based on audience size and customization. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the date. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Late payments may incur a 10% late fee. 4. Travel & Accommodations For in-person events more than 50 miles from [Your City], travel, lodging, and meals must be covered by the event organizer. Airfare must be booked in advance, economy class or higher. Hotel accommodations must be provided for overnight stays (3-star rating minimum). 5. Cancellation Policy If the client cancels more than 14 days before the event, no additional fee will be charged (deposit is non-refundable). If the client cancels within 14 days, 100% of the speaker fee is due. If Erica Marie must cancel due to emergency or illness, a full refund will be issued, or a reschedule will be arranged. 6. Marketing & Recording Client may use Erica Marie's name, photo, and approved bio for promotional purposes only. Recording of the session (audio, photo, or video) must be approved in writing prior to the event. If the event is recorded, Erica Marie must receive a digital copy within 14 days. 7. Code of Conduct Erica Marie is committed to delivering inspiring, uplifting, and professional content. She expects a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all audience members. 8. Intellectual Property All content delivered is the intellectual property of Erica Marie and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. 9.
